Terms & Conditions of the FASHOS Sweepstakes - The Winning 11 Promotion
  • FASHOS.com sweepstakes, as the name suggests is a LUCKY DRAW in which everyone is a WINNER. There are no losers whatsoever. We strongly recommend that you read the entire terms & conditions carefully before proceeding further :
  • You can make your ENTRY into the sweepstakes by paying just Rs.11 for the product of your choice. Amount paid by you is towards your participation in the contest. It does not qualify as a product purchase
  • You can make multiple entries for same or different product(s) for just Rs. 11 each
  • At the end of the sweepstakes 6 LUCKY ENTRIES, 3 each from the Men's & Women's Range respectively, will be selected through a randomized computer draw to be held at FASHOS.com premises on March 12, 2013.
  • These 6 LUCKY ENTRIES will be eligible to get their respective products shipped out to them at no extra cost to the ENTERANT
  • Details of the 6 LUCKY ENTRIES will be published on the FASHOS Facebook wall (http://www.facebook.com/fashosonline) within 48 hours of the draw and would also be contacted by FASHOS.com guest relations team to complete the formalities. 'Like Us' if you haven't already to be able to view the results :)
  • Everyone is a WINNER - The remaining not so LUCKY ENTRIES will receive 20X their bid amount, in the form of a FASHOS.com gift voucher i.e. each ENTRY except 6 WINNING ENTRIES will receive a FASHOS.com gift voucher worth Rs 220 redeemable against a minimum purchase of Rs 500 and above. Vouchers will be emailed within 72 hours of the draw.
  • You can make your ENTRIES only through online payment channels such as Credit Card, Debit Card, Online Bank Transfer. Sorry... Cash On Delivery is not a valid option.
  • Once confirmed, your ENTRY into the sweepstakes cannot be modified, cancelled, withdrawn or refunded. By the way, Why would you want to cancel a WIN ?!?!
  • Employees, relatives and friends of employees of FASHOS.com and styleshore eMarketing Pvt. Ltd. are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes
  • ENTRIES for this sweepstakes will be accepted between February 28, 2013 00:00 AM and March 10, 2013 23:59 PM only
  • FASHOS.com management reserves the right to change, alter any or all of the Terms & Conditions of this promotion including discontinuing or extending it based on the business requirements. Their decision will be final and binding with respect to declaration of the 6 WINNING ENTRIES and no claims whatsoever will be entertained
